Structural Steel and Sheet Metal Fabrication Company

Metal Fabricators is a full service fabrication shop that has tremendous In house capabilities to produce quality structural and sheet metal fabrication out of aluminum, stainless or carbon steel. The additional sourced capability to utilize waterjet cutting makes the fabrication of most any custom part a relatively routine process.

An overview of our equipment includes:

Steel Welding GMAW / Mig FCAW / Flu-core for carbon steel and structural steel.
Stainless Steel or Aluminum Welding GTAW / TIG for stainless or aluminum
Shears Multiple stations capable of shearing 20 GA to 1/4" HR plate.
Press Brakes Multiple stations capable of 14' lengths.
Hydraulic Saws Capacity 16"H x 22"W @ 90 degree square.
Iron Worker Pirhana P70, capacity 70 tons, punch 3/4" steel, 2" bar, coping/notching to 3/8".
Punch Presses Multiple stations, Strippit, capacity holes, slots, nibbling to 1/4" HR plate.
Power Roller One station plate and bar.
Vertical Mill Multiple stations, Bridgeport & Dayton
Lathe One station, 36" between centers
Paint Booth One station, capable of applying primers and quick-dry enamels.
Other Equipment Pipe bender, lift trucks, cutting torches, portable plasma cutter.

Structural Steel Fabrication

We offer CAD design for prototyping and preparing your standard parts or components for fabrication. With our CAD design process we can expedite your order and assure the exact tolerances that you require.

Aluminum & Stainless Steel Forming

Our capabilities include specialities such as stainless steel welding, aluminum welding, radiused bends and component assemblies. We fabricate sheet metal and structural components for material handling, architectural components and custom parts.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our production experience ranges from the fabrication of common structural steel beams, columns and plates to ornate architectural metal wall panels, sun shades, handrails and mezzanines.

Custom Parts Fabrication

We offer JIT inventory management for our customers that need expedited delivery of parts and components. We work closely with our JIT
customers to determine their exact needs and establish a process that supports their objectives.
